Congratulations on completing Lesson 2! You now have all the colors and techniques available to finish painting the sky and the Mountains of our painting.

Here are a few key takeaways from this Class:

Painting order: When painting our landscapes, we begin painting from our darkest to our brightest colors and from the largest to smallest areas. Reserving the fine details for last. We also want to make sure that we don't leave any parts of our canvas unpainted!

Painting "Alla Prima" or "Wet in Wet": with this painting technique, we paint our layers with as much detail and precision as possible in order to try to finish our painting in one layer. We can easily add details and modify or repaint any part of our painting while our paint is still wet!

Additional fine details: once your first layer is dry to the touch, you can come back with more details, adding a bit more oil into your paint mix.
