LESSON 4: Painting the Patagonian Foothills
In this lesson we painted our middle layer, the Patagonian Foothills. As we move closer to our point of view, our colors become less "bluish" and de-saturated, and we start to see more contrast between colors.
In this case, since our focal point is actually the mountains in the background, the attention to exact detail becomes less important as we move away from that region.
We try to maximize the innate versatility of our brush shapes to create texture and detail.
